no idea whats wrong here. 3 captchas failed. first one never displayed
atall on the registration page (and no broken image icon to show there
WAS a captcha).

I fixed the extlinux bootup for booting off an ext2 usb stick with eeebuntu
on my eepc

thot i'd share but its amazingly frustrating that i cant even register
for the site. really sucks.

so.

the script is busted for extlinux. basically, syslinux.conf needs to
be symlinked to extlinux.conf, and extlinux --install $USBDEV in the root
with copies of initrd.gz and vmlinuz in the root as well (I spose
it could be run as extlinux --install $USBDEV/$CASPERDIR or whatever
since everything's in casper, but i started making copies in the root
of the image cuz things werent working).

once thats all in place, extlinux bitches about some unknown option in
syslinux.cfg aka extlinux.conf, but it ignores it fine and conitnues
to boot eeebuntu!!

i thot this would help your members, might be good to post this for me
since i cant seem to register.
